There will be a Sponsor and Celebrity Gala on Thursday, September 14th and The Pro-Am Golf Tournament will be played on the beautifully maintained golf course Friday, September 15th. James River Country Club is located on the bank of the James River.

    It's "FORE" the Kids!

    Gala

    Sept 14th | 6:00 PM

    Join us as we kick off the charity event for our “Fore The Kids” Gala on the back lawn of the James River Country Club for dinner and live music by BJ Griffin and The Galaxy Groove. Dress in your favorite cocktail attire.

    Check-in

    Sept 15th | 8:30 AM

    When you arrive at the club attendants will grab your bags and show you to check-in, and Breakfast will be available.

    Tee-Off

    Sept 15th | 10:00 AM

    Before the Shotgun start we will review the course and Tournament Rules.

    Awards

    Sept 15th | 3:00 PM

    Following the conclusion of everyone’s round join us on the back lawn for awards ceremony, food, and cocktails.
